s are shown and developed throughout the Shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet such as Parental Rules, The Corse of True Love Never Did Run Smooth, The Fickle Nature of Love and Inevitability of Fate. Of all the themes that Shakespeare present in the play one of the most significant is the The Fickle Nature of Love
The theme The Corse of True Love Never Did Run Smooth is shown many times throughout the Shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet. This theme is about how quickly people fall in and out of love. Romeo and Juliet fall in and out of love many times as the play goes on. O serpent heart, hid with a flow'ring face!" (Shakespeare.III.ii.73-75). This is when Juliet finds out Romeo killed Tybalt. She believes Romeo is evil and a killer and refers him to a serpent. She thinks he is not just a loving, caring man he also has an evil side to him that is being shown making her fall out of love with Romeo. Later she finds out that if Romeo did not kill her cousin, Tybalt would of killed him. Juliet quickly falls back in love with Romeo.
Romeo and Juliet had many obstacles trying to go on with life with there love for each other. The two of them went through the up's and downs and through thick and thin fighting to be together. Romeo and Juliet's families did not get a long they have been in a family feud for many years now make Romeo and Juliet's love for each other never work. Now a days this still occurs many teens fall in love with someone but in a matter of a few weeks they will move one to someone new. From what has been proven love can be fickle and it does not always run smooth.
